Merchandise can be returned within 30 days but PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and the merchandise must be returned in factory condition, Unused and with all original packaging. All returned merchandise will be inspected before any credit and/or refund is made. If a product has been WORN it cannnot be returned or exchanged. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If eligible, All final returns will be refunded in full less shipping we paid to ship your items. In some case a 25% restocking may apply. If you want an exchange be aware you need to include a check or money order to cover shipping cost. We will let you know the exact amount to be sent.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS?
Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
HOW DO YOU REQUEST AN EXCHANGE?
If your order qualifies for a return or exchange, simply e-mail our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your contact information, order ID. Please include a notes providing the reason for the return and if you want return or exchange. We will provide you with authorization number. Without this number we will not be able to refund or exchange your order.
Purchases refused at the time of delivery will be refunded minus 25% restocking fee and shipping charges. Return Policy is not negotiable and was agreed upon at the time of purchase as stated in the Terms & Conditions.
